Not too long ago I was at an estate sale that was packed with beautiful dresses. My arms were loaded with them. The owners of a boutique were there too - we started at opposite ends of one closet and worked our way to the middle. Gorgeous cotton velvet party dress by Jonny Herbert is a floral swirl in rosy pinks, reds, greens and black. Top of bodice is squared off in front with a low V back and flat bows at tops of straps. Pinch pleats at waist for fullness. Attached white net crinoline underneath. Metal back zipper.
